Thereâs a system here…
Camping, nursing some post-hike soreness, pondering the impermanence of all things. As you do.
All of my Sailors except one, who’s currently on shore leave in NYC. âï¸
Playing around with a new ink.
Currently have this song on repeat.
Still so enamored of this ink. My favorite Sailor murky green. Also, one of those chameleon inks whose appearance will vary depending on the absorbency of the paper.
herffjones is going to make damned sure you don’t transgress against those traditional academic gender roles.
Kind of on vaycay, so what else would I do but read a lovely letter and swatch some ink?

Merci encore, Frédéric! (And @papier_plume)
Recently realized I really need to expand my ink-describing vocabulary.
Amidst the fancy inks in my collection, I notice that I sometimes lose sight of the more prosaic inks, like this super-pretty Diamine Tyrian Purple.

In the mood for some muted colors, despite the sunshine.
My first custom pen, made by @jalbertlawrence (Romulus Pens). I’d had a weird dream about a Sailor PG Realo with a Pelikan M805, in some kind of vintage material. This is the wonderful result! ðð¼ PS: Not sure about the nuptials part, but I love the idea of a conversation as a kind of becoming.
